I'm going to start with the advice because this advice is a direct correlation of comparison between my buying experience with Five Stars Doors & Emily compared with other door companies. I made the mistake of doing too much research and to many inquiries on the internet for big glass doors. Even after finding Five Stars & Emily getting a great simple straightforward deal, I checked and inquired about pricing and looked at other options. These internet actions turned into some of the worst, Persistent, and most aggressive cold calling i have ever experienced!! Guess who never bothered me or called unless it was an important question or sharing of info... Emily only called me when necessary to keep our deal going or with important information. Fast forward, I bought & had Five Stars install to large folding glass doors in my home through Emily, I can't stress enough how simple, efficient and stress-free the buying experience was. Five Stars Doors is simply just a world class business with a great group of people offering excellent products and installation with Emily being a 1st class salesperson keeping everything straightforward and simple! Emily double checked every detailed and arranged all logistics for delivery and installation all the way from San diego to Sacramento. Last piece of advice: make sure you understand how involved, intricate and detailed the installation can be; you must be patient for it to be done right
