Limited Warranty Coverage

At Five Stars Doors, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. This Limited Warranty applies to the original purchaser of all residential and commercial products sold by Five Stars Doors, including bifold doors, sliding doors, windows, entry doors, and related accessories.

Warranty Periods

Aluminum Frames & Door Panels
Covered for 10 Years against defects in materials, structural integrity, and workmanship.
Insulated Glass Units
Covered for 5 Years against seal failure and internal condensation between glass panes under normal use.
Hardware & Screens
Covered for 2 Years against defects in mechanical operation and manufacturing quality.

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty includes:

Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
Structural defects affecting normal operation.
Premature deterioration under standard residential or commercial use.
Failure of insulated glass seals causing fogging or moisture between panes.
Defects in factory-installed hardware and screen systems.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear, fading, or cosmetic imperfections.
Scratches, dents, or damage caused during transportation or improper handling after delivery.
Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, abuse, or lack of maintenance.
Improper installation or modifications performed by unauthorized installers.
Damage caused by extreme weather, flooding, fire, earthquakes, or other natural disasters.
Labor costs related to removal, reinstallation, or service visits unless otherwise approved in writing.

Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, customers must:

Provide proof of purchase, including invoice or order confirmation.
Submit written notice within 30 days of discovering the issue.
Provide photos and details describing the defect.
Allow reasonable access for inspection if required.

If Five Stars Doors determines the product is defective under this warranty, we may, at our discretion:

Repair the product,
Replace the defective component, or
Issue a refund limited to the original purchase price.

Limitation of Liability

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Five Stars Doors shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.
Total liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
This warranty replaces all other expressed or implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
