Five Stars Door is dedicated to providing transparent and reliable shipping for our specialized window and door products. Because our items are oversized and heavy, we utilize professional freight carriers to ensure your order arrives safely.

1. Shipping Rates & Destinations

Shipping costs for our products are calculated based on the delivery location (state/region).

  • Flat-Rate Pricing: We use a flat-rate structure determined by your delivery address.

  • Calculated at Checkout: To view the exact shipping cost for your order, please enter your delivery address during the checkout process.

  • Service Area: We ship to all contiguous states within the United States.


2. Delivery Timeline

To ensure full transparency for our customers and Google Merchant Center, please note the following timeline for your order:

  • Order Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM (PST)

  • Handling Time: 2–3 Business Days (Monday – Friday)

  • Transit Time: 5–14 Business Days (Monday – Friday)

  • Total Estimated Delivery: 7–17 Business Days

Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a freight tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking portal to monitor your shipment's progress.


3. Freight Delivery Requirements (LTL)

All orders are shipped via Freight Carrier LTL (Less-Than-Truckload). Please note the following requirements for a successful delivery:

  • Delivery Appointment: The carrier will contact you via phone or email to schedule a delivery window. A recipient must be present to sign for the delivery.

  • Curb-Side Service: Delivery is "curb-side" only. The driver will drop the shipment at your curb or driveway. You are responsible for moving the items into your home or job site.

  • Mandatory Inspection: You must inspect all items for damage before signing the delivery receipt.

  • Damages: If damage is found, note it clearly on the carrier's receipt, take photos, and contact us immediately. Signing the receipt without noting damage may void your ability to file a claim.

  • Refused Shipments: Shipments refused for reasons other than documented damage will incur return shipping fees and a restocking fee.
